Our Head Chef Stuart Langdell is a relatively recent addition to our team, and brings versatile skills honed during several years working as a head chef for Marco Pierre White and at Michelin-starred The Cross in Kenilworth. ‘I have worked in kitchens all over the country and have learned a range of skills – French, Italian but most of all modern British – but this area first became my home when I was 16, and now I’m back I’m looking forward to discovering more and more of the fantastic produce it offers today and preparing it to the highest standard in familiar favourites and new dishes.
